Computer repairs and refurbishment

Emsted Ltd have a 4000 Sq Ft repair centre which is fully equipped to carry out repairs to laptop computers, desktops and tablets. This workshop is set up with bespoke work benches which are ESD protected to enable us to refurbish many items effectively at once.

We have developed an automated process to data wipe large quantities of laptops and desktops for the items to be resold by the retailer/distributer without the risk of previous customer data to be present. Only after the data wipe has been verified shall the item be released.

We have contacts with many spare part suppliers; both direct from the manufacturer or approved suppliers, this enables our engineers to complete a repair and bring items back to full working order.

Field Repairs for audio/visual and domestic appliances

We attend customer properties to carry out repairs to consumer electronics and domestic appliances. We are an accredited repair agent for major manufacturers and insurance companies across the West Midlands and Warwickshire. These products include televisions, sound systems, blu-ray players, microwaves, washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators and freezers, ovens and electrical hobs.

Your item does not need to be covered by manufacturer or extended warranty. We can also offer repairs to many out of warranty brands of audio visual products at very competitive rates. Contact us to find out more.

Our workshop is also set up to be able to carry out audio/visual repairs at our own premises. If you would prefer to drop your item into our repair centre rather than Emsted coming to you, we can arrange this too.
